San Jose, Calif, November 18, 2005 – Euresto Partners, providers of outsourced sales and marketing services to startup technology companies, has added technology PR professional Barb Rose to its network of expert resources.
"Euresto Partners has had a great first year in business, and it's become clear as we've grown our client base that the need for PR services as an integral part of our offering demanded that we bring in expert assistance", says Pat Bitton, partner at Euresto Partners, "I've worked with her as a client and as a colleague, and her dedication and drive to get the message out is second to none."
Rose brings more than ten years' experience in both business and consumer PR, primarily in information security, to the organization. At the International Computer Security Association (ICSA), later known as TruSecure, she drove the company's public relations efforts from 1994-2000. Her efforts grew awareness of the organization through top level story placement, press and analyst tours, high-level speaking opportunities for executives, and thought leadership programs. After a spell on the agency side, Barb returned to the vendor community as Communications Director for PestPatrol, the company that essentially created the commercial anti-spyware business. Her efforts were key to the successful growth and subsequent acquisition of PestPatrol by Computer Associates.
"I'm delighted to have the opportunity to work with Pat and Jim again", says Rose. "We've worked well as a team in the past, and between us there's not much we don't know about marketing and selling information security products. I look forward to uncovering and introducing more great new technologies to the market."
