Graham has a wealth of experience in establishing and developing technology businesses in Europe and specifically the United Kingdom. In the past 25 years he has held senior management positions in sales, marketing and business development. Before getting into the commercial side of technology, Graham has held roles in market research, industrial consultancy, mainframe/PC programming, database design and training.
In the early 90s, Graham founded Route 2 Marketing, a sales and marketing consultancy focused on introducing the use of computers into sales and marketing operations. He based the concept of the company on work undertaken whilst at Dun & Bradstreet, where he led their European Marketing Services Division.
Graham's involvement in information security began at Dr Solomonís, where he headed up the corporate sales team and first met up with Pat Bitton. He remained with the company after its acquisition by Network Associates/McAfee in the mid 90s. Grahamís next stop, like Pat, was Symantec (although he stayed in Europe), where he developed and managed relationships with partners including IBM, Intel, Dell, KPMG, and other major corporate suppliers. Latterly he created a European Major Account sales team to leverage the opportunity created through Symantecís push into the corporate market.
Following Symantec, Graham moved to Counterpane Internet Security, where he was Managing Director, EMEA, and in 2001 founded Managed Security Services Ltd (MSSL), an information security sales and services company.
